Whole Green Mung Beans

You can follow the below cooking tips to successfully cook Whole Green Mung beans:

(1). Wash and well drain the Whole Green Mung beans to remove any dust residue.    

(2). Soak the Whole Green Mung beans in a pot for about 4 hours.    

(3). Boil for about 30 to 40mins to soften the Whole Green Mung beans, then add salt.    

You can now add the Whole Green Mung beans to your salads, soups and stews
