Ordering

Q1. How do I place an order?

To place an order at CQV.com.au, simply select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking "Add to Basket".  To checkout, simply click "View Basket" to review your order and click "Checkout" to complete your order.

Q2. How do I get my Tax invoice?

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will post out your tax invoice with your order to the address that was mentioned in the order.

Q3. Can I cancel or change my order once the order is confirmed?

We are not able to cancel orders once your payment has been processed. After an order has been paid, your order is put into our system where our automated dispatch process begins and we are unable to stop this process.
We encourage all customers to check their order quantity and items ordered before completing checkout to avoid any disappointment due to the wrong order being placed. Emails that are sent after the order is confirmed often won't be reached until it is too late, especially if the order was placed after hours or during weekends.

Q4. How do I check my order status?

Once you have logged in, click on "Your Account" and then click on "Order Summary". You will find the status of each order and an explaination of the status.

Q5. Where can I find my pervious orders record?

Under "Your Account", click on "Order Summary". You will find a list of all the orders you have placed with CQV.

Q6. Why do I receive a different item to what I have ordered?

If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately with your order number and we will resolve it as soon as possible. 

 

Payment

Q1. What payment methods do you accept?

 AT CQV, we accept PayPal, Master Card, Visa and Direct deposit.

Q2. How does Paypal work?

Once you have signed up for a PayPal account, you can send and receive money online. When you send money, you can choose to fund your payments from your PayPal account balance, a credit card, or your bank account. Recipients are then notified via an email from PayPal that they have received a payment from you.

To make a PayPal purchase:
  • Select PayPal during checkout on a merchant website or eBay
  • Choose to fund your PayPal purchase with a credit card, bank account, or other source
  • Funds are transferred securely through PayPal and money is deposited into the seller's PayPal account

Q3. What happens if I don't have a credit card?

If you don't have a credit card, you can pay by Direct Deposit. It allows you to pay from your bank account via Internet or phone banking into CQV 's bank account. **PLEASE NOTE** Payment made via Direct Deposit may take up to 24 hours before we receive it. Once we have confirmed your payment, your order will be dispatched the next business day.

Q4. Can I pay with my bank card or credit card?

Yes, you can pay by using your bank card or credit card via Paypal.

Q5. Can I pay by money order or bank cheque ?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept money order or bank cheque as this will delay our payment and dispatch process.

Q6. Do your prices include GST?

Yes, our prices are GST inclusive.

Q7. Is Lay-by available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Lay By services.

Q8. Is your site safe for using credit card?

At CQV.com.au, we utilize PayPal's state of the art 128bit SSL encryption technology to ensure that your credit card details are protected and safe to be used at CQV.com.au. Each time you place an order with us, you will be notified immediately of your order details.

Q9. How long does it take to confirm my payment?

If you have paid by PayPal, you will immediately receive an email confirming your payment and we will dispatch your order within 1 business day.

If you have paid by Direct Deposit, it normally takes up to 24 hours to confirm your payment. Once we have confirmed your payment, you will receive an email from us confirming your order and it will be dispatched the next business day.

Q10. There is a Coupon code field in the checkout page, what is it and how can I get one?

From time to time, CQV will run certain promotions whereby we will email CQV eCoupons to our members. These CQV eCoupons offer great value to our members by offering discounts, either in dollar value or a percentage of the total order. To use this, simply enter the coupon in the "Enter Code" and click "Apply Changes" to use it.

Q11. What is a CSC Code?

 The Card Security Code (CSC), sometimes called Card Verification Value or Code (CVV or CVC), is a security feature for credit or debit card transactions, giving increased protection against credit card fraud.

There are two security codes:
1. The first code, called CVC1 or CVV1 ,is encoded on the magnetic stripe of the card and used for transactions in person.

2. The second code, and the most cited, is CVV2 or CVC2. This CSC (also known as a CCID or Credit Card ID) is often asked for by merchants for them to secure "card not present" transactions occurring over the Internet, by mail, fax or over the phone. In many countries in Western Europe, due to increased attempts at card fraud, it is now mandatory to provide this code when the cardholder is not present in person.

This latter CSC should not be confused with the standard card account number appearing in embossed or printed digits. (The standard card number undergoes a separate validation algorithm called the Luhn algorithm which serves to determine whether a given card's number is appropriate.)

 

Shipping and Delivery

Q1.When will you ship out my order?

 If we receive your order and payment by 10am between Monday and Friday, we will dispatch your order within 1 business day. Orders placed after that will be dispatched the next business day. We will notify you when the order has been dispatched.

**PLEASE NOTE*** We currently deliver to the following suburbs in Melbourne: Rowville, Glen Waverley, Mulgrave, Ferntree Gully, Wantirna South, Knoxfield, Scoresby, Wheelers HIll and Brandon Park. Other suburbs coming soon. Please ensure that you are at home when the delivery is made. If no one is available to take delivery of your Products, our courier company will leave the product outside your home in an area which they deemed to be safe OR it will be returned back to us for a redeliver. It is highly recommended that someone should be at home at the time of delivery to accept safe delivery of your Products. Title and risk of loss to all Products will passed on to you on delivery.

Q2. Which courier do you use?

We use a third party courier to deliver our products to you.

Q3. Where can I track my order?

We encourage you to visit the "My Account" section on our website to view the delivery status of your Products.

Q4. Why do I receive a different item with what I have ordered?

 If you have received a different item from what you have ordered, please immediately contact our Customer Service team and we will fix it. We want you to be happy with your order. 

Q5. Can I or my own courier pick up my order from your warehouse?

We are currently working on this option. As soon as it becomes available, we will advise you accordingly.

Q6. What happens if I do not receive my order in the estimated delivery date?

If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date, please immediately contact our Customer Service team on 03 90018700 or email us at customerservice@cqv.com.au with your order number and we will advise you on your order estimated delivery time.

Q7. Can you ship my order to my PO BOX address?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO BOX address as, our courier company requires a signature to confirm delivery.

 

Warranty and Returns

 

Q1. What warranty and returns do you offer?

Due to the nature of the products being sold on cqv.com.au, which ranges from food to non food items, our warranties wary with each item. In general, if a product arrives damaged at the time of delivery and you have informed us 24 hours from dispatch date, and, we have confirmed that the product was damaged at arrival, we will be more than happy to replace with the same or similar item (depending on product availability) at NO COST TO YOU.
