Placing Your First Order with CQV

Placing an order with CQV.com.au is easy.

1. Find the items you want and add to your shopping cart
   
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Enter username and password (Existing customers). Or checkout without creating an account.
4. Select Payment option, confirm delivery address and Place your order.

2. Proceed to checkout

   To proceed to checkout, simply select . This will show you a summary of the items that you have added to your shopping cart. You can easily make changes to your order and even use a coupon or promotional code.

3. Enter username and password (Existing customers). Or checkout without creating an account

   If you are an existing customer, simply enter your username and password for an express checkout. Or, if you don't want to create an account with us, simply select and enter your details and delivery address.

4. Select Payment option, confirm delivery address and Place Your Order
   

   We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and Direct Debit as our payment option. Once you have selected your payment option and confirmed your delivery address, simply select to confirm your order. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours confirming your order. Once we have received your payment, we will advise you via email and inform you when you should receive your order.
